Arrived On-time and Were Meticulous

We contracted with Macco's to do the tile work on our bathroom remodel. We were lucky enough to have Ken & Caleb work on this project. They arrived every day on time, worked conscientiously throughout the day and were meticulous with their work & cleanup. One day it was raining, so they moved the wet saw into our screened porch after carefully protecting our floor and glass French doors. They were a pleasure to have in our home for the 4 days that it took to complete the project. At one point, the niche was not lining up like Ken wanted it t, so he removed it and made the adjustment so that the grout line ended at the top of the niche. It is what we would have wanted but didn't have to ask since it mattered to him. Ken & Caleb make a great team as we witnessed Caleb anticipating Ken's needs even before he said anything! Too often people only write to complain so we wanted to commend Macco's and your employees Ken & Caleb on a beautiful tile project.

Long-lasting Positive Impression

We just wanted to take a minute and brag on your two employees, Ashlee and Curt. Several weeks ago we came into your store and it took Ashlee approximately two seconds to listen to us about the type of floor covering we were wanting and to assist us in finding it. Her listening skills are something to be proud of! She then introduced us to Curt who in turn reacted the same way Ashlee did! Now this is quite important to us as we had been to one of your competitor’s store where we had a very poor experience. I.E. the sales lady stated, “I will come out and measure your house and I will also tell you if you are making any serious decorating mistakes!” This totally turned us off and walked out of the store knowing regardless of the price she came in, we would not utilize her services. Ironically enough, her estimate was $800 less than Macco’s. However, you already know that we chose to stay with Macco’s due to the high degree of professionalism that was exhibited by your two employees, Curt and Ashlee. Our experience with the flooring installation was great! Curt delivered on all promises. In fact, when he came to inspect the job, he brought me a lovely flower (which I have now potted for indoors) and bought us a couple of drinks each! Ashlee and Curt are great assets to your business. They are not only professional, but a lady and a gentleman which is so hard to come by in this day and age. Customer service from them was top notch! Thank you for having two fantastic representatives in your store. They are responsible for a great impression of Wisconsin. (We just moved here from Missouri). Thanks again!
