As of this writing, we’ve been welcomed into seven Wisconsin communities: Green Bay, Sheboygan, Marinette, Appleton, Schofield and Sturgeon Bay. That says a lot about how our approach – our value and service – is working.

Sales Consultant/Interior Designer Full-Time Position Summary :
This position requires interacting, assisting and determining customers’ individual needs by suggesting design ideas that will meet the customer preferences, purpose, function, types of materials and budget. The Sales & Interior Designer will formulate a plan to sell the appropriate products to complete customer’s projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Greet and work with customers on the sales floor; determining their wants and needs.
  • Assist customers with product choices; explaining features and benefits of products.
  • Help customers with their choice through decorating and design advice and recommendations.
  • Keep up-to-date on the different selection of products offered along with the benefits and warranties provided by each.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Process quotes, writing sales orders and other applicable paperwork for orders.
  • Work through and following up on jobs through completion.
  • Network regularly in the communication to include branding the Company and yourself.
  • Execute sales strategies.
  • Follow up in a timely and professional manner with customer on all requests or concerns.
  • Maintain showroom by keeping samples and displays neat, organized, current and clean.
  • Answer questions from and providing information to customer regarding products.
  • Perform continuous follow-up and communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in educational and safety opportunities as needed to refresh, update, and enhance skills and knowledge that pertain to job responsibilities, company operations, customer interests and industry outlook. This may include workshops, webinars, learning sessions, reading materials, classroom study, etc.
  • Monitor processes. Ensure they are efficient and effective to complete work in a timely manner while being accurate.

Education, Certification, and/or Training Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent education required in interior design, business, sales, marketing or related field.
  • Two to three years, interior design or sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of flooring industry preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Installation Assistant Full-Time Position Summary :

Assist in performing manual work in floor covering installation, maintenance, repair and removal.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with installation, service or removal of flooring
  • Assist in preparing surfaces by sweeping, scraping, sanding or chipping dirt and irregularities from base surfaces and filling cracks with putty or grout to form a smooth, clean foundation.
  • Assist in mixing and applying required compounds to join and adhere foundation and flooring materials.
  • Assists with keeping job site properly cleaned and maintained throughout the installation process and all equipment, tools, materials are removed upon completion.
  • Hauling material and equipment in and out of job sites
  • A commitment to safety precautions of the trade.
  • Participate in educational and safety opportunities as needed to refresh, update, and enhance skills and knowledge that pertain to job responsibilities, company operations, customer interests and industry outlook. This may include workshops, webinars, learning sessions, reading materials, classroom study, etc.

Warehouse Worker Full-Time
Position Summary:
Prepares and handles orders for timely delivery of goods and merchandise to the correct destinations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; staging product; placing orders in delivery area.
  • Loading and unloading of goods and supplies.
  • Tracking and reporting of all damaged inventory.
  • Responsible for making accurate cuts on carpet cutting machine.
  • Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Proper packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse.
  • Maintaining warehouse equipment.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures; rules and safety regulations as set by the Company.
  • Completes reports by entering required information.
  • Participate in educational and safety opportunities as needed to refresh, update, and enhance skills and knowledge that pertain to job responsibilities, company operations, customer interests and industry outlook.  This may include workshops, webinars, learning sessions, reading materials, classroom study, etc.

Field Engineer Full-Time Job Summary:Responsibilities include communicating progress of projects with management, team members and other departments.  Working closely with Project Managers and Installation Manger to ensure project objectives are met.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Project Managers and Installation Manager to ensure project objectives are met.·         Help to determine and coordinate labor requirements for projects.
  • Understand, evaluate and ensure work is in compliance with and conforms to approved specifications.·         Plan ahead and monitor work progress of projects to avoid delays and meet project deadlines.
  • Review and understand job specifications and scope of work to determine the best and most efficient techniques, equipment and tools are used.
  • Develop, implement and monitor quality standards and safety regulations.
